This Policy describes how we collect and process personal data when you use InfraLab, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018). This is an English translation; the Portuguese version is the original.

1. Data we collect

Account: email address and sign-in credentials.
Product usage: navigation and interaction events, to improve the experience.
Payment (when applicable): billing data is processed by the provider (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full card data.

2. Purposes

Authentication, security and fraud prevention.
Delivering, personalizing and continuously improving the Service.
Support, communication and subscription management.

3. Legal bases

Performance of a contract (providing the Service).
Legitimate interest (security, product improvement), when applicable.
Consent for certain cookies/technologies, when applicable.

4. Cookies and technologies

We may use tags and measurement tools to understand performance and conversions. Examples: Google Tag Manager, gtag (Google Ads) and analytics tools.

5. Sharing

Infrastructure/hosting and monitoring providers.
Payment provider (e.g., Stripe) for subscriptions and billing.
Authorities, when required by law.

6. Your rights

Confirmation, access, correction and portability.
Anonymization, blocking or deletion (when applicable).
Withdrawal of consent and information about sharing.
