These Terms govern your use of InfraLab (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is an English translation; the Portuguese version is the original.

1. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.
We may suspend access in case of abuse, attempted fraud or a breach of these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

Do not try to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass limits or access restricted areas.
Do not post or submit content that is illegal, offensive or that infringes third-party rights.

3. Content and ownership

The Service's content (modules, text, exercises, interfaces) is protected by copyright.
You may not redistribute or resell the content without permission.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription (Pro plan), billed on a recurring basis, monthly or yearly, according to the plan chosen at checkout.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro access remains available until the end of the period already paid.
Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer and bought the Pro plan online, under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code you have the right to withdraw within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase, without having to give a reason. In that case, the amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is”. Although we aim for high availability, interruptions, failures and maintenance may occur.
